• What Is The Cost?
  There is never a cost to find help or list a need for help.




• It Is Easy Find The Help That You Need
  Without even having to log in, type in the first few letters of a category that you are looking for help in in the "Search Categories For Help" box, enter your zip code and select "go". Choose from the list of categories produced from your search. Or choose one of the categories from the list below the search box. Either way will produce a list of all of the Pros in your area that have listed their services in the selected categories.




• What Else Can You Do?

You can always look to see if there are Pros listed that may be able to help you but if you register and log in, you will be brought to the "My Account" page and you will also be able to:


• anonymously communicate with listed Pros



• list your need so that Pros can contact you without knowing your identity



• more easily get updated lists of Pros that can help you



• suggest new categories that better describe the help that you need



• track the history of your previous communications with Pros



• see how Pros have been rated by other Patrons



• rate Pros that you communicate with



• edit your personal information



• reset your password



• Can a Pro Contact You?
  Once you have registered, logged in and listed your need, a Pro can contact you through GoldLatch without knowing your identity. We will never reveal to them anything but your first name, your zip code and what kind of help you are looking for. By communicating anonymously you can feel free to ask whatever is necessary in order to decide whether or not they can help you.
